The AvaSpec 2048L is based upon the highly stable Avabench 75 symmetrical Czerny-Turner optical bench but features a Sony ILX511B detector (14X200µm pixels) whereas our standard AvaSpec-2048 uses the ILX554B detector (14X56µm pixels).
